Alooohaaaa!!

After a very longggggg time i decided to update our days in Korea last November. During our 4th day, we decided to go to Nami Island. Since this is my second trip to South Korea and my second visit to Nami Island so im not expecting much. However, unlike last time, this time we went there by public transport. And, unlike last time, last year visit was almost the end of autumn because the leafs mostly fall from the trees!! The last time i went there Nami Island was full with colourful leafs.

It tooks 1 hours ++ to reach the Gapyeong Station (nearest station to Nami Island). From  the station, we took the taxi (KRW3,000) and ferry ride to Nami Island (KRW8,000). So here goes the pictures

Tokyo-Tokushima-Tokyo

Salam Isnin....

It's Monday. So today,  i wish to share my trip to Japan! It's not a holiday trip. It's work related trip. I have the opportunity to be a supervisor for JENESYS 2.0 Programme organized by JICE. There were 5 supervisors with 130 students from higher education institutions in Malaysia. We were divided into 5 groups and each supervisor responsible for a group of 26 students. We were also put in 4 different regions namely Gifu, Nagoya, Osaka and Tokushima. My group and  i was transferred to Tokushima.

Tokushima is the capital city in Tokushima Prefecture located in Shokaku Island. Tokushima is famous for the Awa Odori Dance and Indigo dyeing. In Tokushima, we were able to experience the hype of Awa Odori Dance and the Indigo dyeing ourselves. We were also visited the University of Tokushima and Joto High School. As the programmes design for the students, i can see their enjoying their days and all the activities with students in Tokushima. We also met the Malaysian students there!

As the programmes is very packed, unfortunately we were not able to visit Tokyo as much. However, during our last night there, me and the students have a chance to visit Shibuya Street in Tokyo. Though its drizzled, but we have the opportunities to experience the Japanese public transportation. Quite confusing compare to Seoul Subway but we managed. The one think i'm awed about Japanese is that, they always in line while waiting for the bus and the train. They always said  "Thank You", "Please" and "Sorry" among their peers. In short, they are very polite and discipline!

So here some pictures....

Just arrived
